Case One
The monorail friction wheel is the core component of the engine monorail crane. During operation, it will bear huge loads and high-intensity friction. Stress cracks, wear pattern and short service life are the practical problems that plague the stable and long-term operation of the monorail friction wheel. At present, the monorail friction wheel commonly used on the market can only operate stably for 800 hours at a clamping pressure of 12 MPa and a running speed of 1.6 m/s. Based on this situation, after more than a year of scientific research and technological breakthroughs, the R&D team of YALIDE has developed a high-performance monorail friction wheel specifically designed for the operating conditions of flameproof monorail locomotives. According to on-site measurements and evaluations by customers, this YALIDE NDIthane monorail friction wheel can operate stably for 3,000 hours under a clamping pressure of 12 MPa and a running speed of 1.6 m/s. It is well known that the reach truck is hailed as the "space master" of warehousing due to its ability to perform high-level stacking and picking in narrow aisles. The realization of its core function cannot be separated from the narrow-space steering function provided by the small casters of the reach truck. As the "helmsman" of the reach truck, the frequent steering under high load poses a great challenge to the service life of the small casters of the reach truck. Damage such as loosening of the rim, press cracks and melting are not uncommon. To solve this problem, we have developed a polyurethane casters with Longer service life. We conducted a walking test comparison test on this small caster together with the small casters of our peers. The result is excellent. The test lifespan of our small casters is more than three times longer than that of our competitors.
