Polyurethane Drive Wheels
Item No.: 5
Polyurethane rollers are used in electrical forklift and AGVs. CJC manufactures a variety of specifications to meet the requirements of triction, chemical resistance, floor debris, wet conditions, load capacity, etc.
Description
Polyurethane Pallet Rollers for Industrial Truck
CJC develops and manufactures heavy load polyurethane wheels for industrial trucks. Polyurethane pallet roller is manufactured for forklifts and AGVs. As Industry 4.0 fast developing, the material handling industry and automotive manufacturing industry need more reliable forklifts, AGVs, and autonomous mobile robots or wheels transporters, which need the best mobility!
NDI material is better than common polyurethane, such as TDI, MDI, etc. CJC has the engineering capability to take NDI and Vulkollan processing technology to mold the wheel, which makes pallet rollers more load capacity, Nonmarking properties, etc. Advanced adhesion technology offers a strong bond with metals. Our wheels are the one source of AGVs and forklift manufacturers.
